It’ll be interesting to see if LP keeps his job after the warden finds out he let in civilians. Then again the fear he strikes in the inmates might be enough for him to be allowed to stay (maybe even a raise).
And thus was a super-villain’s origin begun….born from his hatred of heroes who refuse to let him do his job and follow the rules of the institution…the Warden’s villainy would begin!!
I dunno… a Warden supervillain seems more like he should be locking up heroes for inherently being mentally-unstable vigilantes in the first place, rather than for them annoying him.

If a vigilante license was enough to get the others in, I’m guessing it’s not all that restricted.
If wrecking an entire wing of the prison didn’t get him fired, what would?
Barfing on the Governeors during an official visit from the Board?
You could scream out the dog’s name then kick over a candle and set the drapes on fire.

In Shitropolis that’s probably how most people end up being Super villains.
I’m hoping LP is respected enough to get cooperation just by asking.
Hmmm. Conspicuously absent, where ARE LP and Buckaress right now?
Dr. Strange is having a difficult day. Again. In this city it is always a difficult day for him.
Dr Strained?
I’ll get the colander.
