To be fair, he totally deserves a serious ass kicking. But without evidence it won’t look good for Alex and anybody with her. Unless there is surveilance in this room, since it’s a prison and there are normally cameras everywhere, though possibly not in the warden’s office. So if the office is surveillance free, other footage will show her entering the scene of aforementioned ass kicking then leaving, with nothing to show why it was justified. And it appears that the warden/Censor is smarter than Alex, so he’s probably in the clear.
Unless maybe LP is overhearing this and his status as a correctional officer would give his testimony some validity? Though he’s also a known associate of Alex.
And one may wonder why the LoSRHs have such a lackluster reputation as heroes…

With how things have been going one of the others has been and she’s going to once again feel inadequate as everyone else seems to have taken over as the skilled, trained Batman-Lite.
Yeah good idea Alex, beat up an upstanding member of society for no apparent reason, That won’t backfire at all.

Have superheroes not learned to keep a secret bodycam on them at all times?
With how often villains monologue, it would be so useful in court.
Still at least he doesn’t have to go very far when he eventually gets his comeuppance.
