This makes me wonder a bit about getting started with a new dungeon or inescapable deathtrap.
Sure, it’s all impressive once it’s full of the skeletons of former victims, but it’s going to lack something for your early victims who see a vast prison with just one or two corpses lying around.
That’s why you hire rent-a-thugs to man your dungeon. If they beat the adventurers, you gain loot, skeletons and can promote the thugs to henchmen; if they lose, you still gain skeletons and doesn’t have to pay them. Win-win, cha-ching!
Well, to play Devil’s, or rather Laser Pony’s, advocate – you’d think that by now SOMEBODY would be smart/considerate enough to act as a ‘Seeing Eye Human’ for the BLIND guy atop the tall, tall walls of the gigantic maze!
I’m faintly disappointed, unless I’m forgetting something, that we STILL haven’t seen his gear used the way it was apparently intended to be.
LP has “ride me into battle and point my laser eyes at the enemy” literall built into his costume!
I mean, it’s demeaning and turns him into a mount (literally!) blindly following instructions, but since when has any sort of decency been the MO of this team?
I would imagine, and thanks to the handy recap by DouglasGrave, the only person present willing to ride LP is also the only person present that LP is unwilling to let ride him.
Yeah.
Been waiting for a bit for someone to mount up and point him where he needs to go or blast……
I mean, its what the other dimension versions of him did.
So she actually expects him to get smarter?
Pfffft! As if!

Exactly! Why doesn’t Buckaress offer him her arm and lead him along the maze? Basic common decency!
Either that, or ride him, that’s why he has handlebars and a saddle.

We saw it used back in strip #117, where Buckaress was really bad at it and considered hitting him on the head to be a signal to open fire.
Given her current chest dimensions, it would be amazing if she managed to avoid constantly hitting him in the head.
