So the fact that the Censor had to grab people in the street, and freeze witnesses, means that omnipotence doesn’t come with omniscience. So he can get away, hypothetically.
But at the same time, he had some pretty decent plausible deniability if he got rid of the costume. So the good guys might just be forced to leave him alone if he had been smart.
True, you’d need a so powerful I’m practically god hero or some kind of plot device to deal with that and all they have is a group of misfit heroes and an omnipotent weapon.
Do they? I seem to recall that Lazer Pony is an object for the inmates of at least one prison. If word has spread and the inmates here see him coming, odds are they’ll flee back into their cells, rather than risk angering him. ;)
Judging by how security was lax enough for the Warden to appropriate the resources he needed to become the Censor, there’s little to no chance that LP managed to get them to disable that access card, even if any of the LoRSHs though of it, is there?
I was going to reply about how a card-based security system requires the computer system to authenticate the card before allowing acess, but then I remembered the apparent incompetence, so I guess their system is probablly so lo-tek (for cost-cutting purposes) that all a card does when swiped is mechanically release the door catch.

Too bad he’s not smart.
Okay, NOW I’m worried.
So now the snob goblin is some super secret weapon,
guy has really lost his marbles.
Him and the rest of the cells. If he opens all of them, they could make a great distraction.

Ah! In that case, they just need to shout “Spider!”

That’s this prison. LP works here.

I wouldn’t be surprised if he ordered it online, tailor-made.
As has every super-villain in Shitropolis, ever.
