Considering blondie is at a computer, the typo is easy enough to explain – she hasn’t used her spell checker (having disabled the automatic correction).
@Ouroboros: The typo is in a speech bubble (first panel), not in the narration boxes (third panel). It could have been an accent, if it was repeated in the second panel.
If she wasn’t so focused on his heroic exploits, she might overhear someone revealing his secret identity in innocent conversation. Sorry, one of his many secret identities.
