I think he can, but he got many good reason not to do it.
1. Who are those guys? It might be a trap.
2. They talk their plan on phone like it is sunday walk. Who else is hearing?
3. Their target is some evil rich, who is probably also paranoid and sends his enemies to their graves. Do you really wan’t him to be your enemy?
4. The extra guys are often the first ones to die, when things fail. Also often, when the heist is succesfull.
Well yeah, it’s easy to rob a bank if you can just turn off all the defenses, why not have him distract the guards and unlock the safe for you while you’re at it? You can just walk in and take the money…
I would go to see that movie just to see people’s faces in the theatre when the credits roll less than 5 minutes after the movie starts. :P
