Nah. Becoming outright evil would be too much work and take the fun out of being just a general miscreant and scoundrel, and then getting to go back to letting ‘Good Girl’ clean up her ‘bad but not evil’ messes.
Sad thought, even without the halo, bad good girl could have persuaded him two other particularly evil ways. Threaten or seduce. Bothe would have had a rather fun comic.
Saurez, it’s disturbing, all right–disturbingly tempting! Aren’t there people you’d like to influence to be good or at least kinder to those around them? Who hasn’t wanted to use something like this to persuade a cop not to give them a parking or speeding ticket or to have the boss give them that raise they deserve after ten years of hard work?
Ragingagnostic, you should read a book called “Villains by Necessity” by Eve Forward for an interesting view on forcing people to be good. By taking away someone’s right to choose, you are being evil even if you feel it’s for the greater good.
Gramy Pashakitty, I’m not denying that it’s evil to take away someone’s choice. I stated that it’s tempting to do just that when you’re forcing people to be good. It’s not just tempting; it’s DISTURBINGLY tempting. That’s why temptation is associated with the fru-its of the de-vil. BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Gramy Pashakitty, what I’ve taken from your words is that Good Girl and/or the halo are the most evil things of all, because they’ve trapped Bad Good Girl inside her own body.
Risk Factor : 100% chance

Wow what a total sap/pushover. :(
Only because he’s wearing her halo.
But isn’t “letting it pass” a bad thing?
Nope, he’s giving him a vote of confidence – exploiting another’s goodwill, that’s the bad thing. :P
Damn, Mayor Kurgh is smart. Hail Kurgh!
Pity his underlings are so easily influenced…

Anonymous, she did essentially brainwash him, that’s pretty evil.
I am finding that halo to be quite disturbing, especially in forcing people to be ‘good’

He did the ‘nice’ thing, NOT the ‘good’ thing. Not sure what this tells us about Good Girl.
@nickelangelo: It tells us she’s only a few steps behind the Humanoids from the Jack Williamson story “With Folded Hands”
He’s like Paragon Shepard with that halo, just be nice to whomever you’re talking to.
And by the way, Kurgh is /genre savvy/.

This will surely have no negative long term consequences
