Next time, Josie, read the label on the bottle…… *eye roll*
I recently started learning of the DISC assessment.
As such it would be against her basic personality type. What you ask is akin to demand a fish thrive on land.
Interestingly the original idea is from one of the Writers of Wonder Woman, so it is not even off topic here :)
I said “next time”. She can’t learn from the mistakes of her husband?
That request is un-acceptable for certain personality types.
They expect evironmental stability – inlcuding that the right shampoo is there without having to look and double guess every label in the household of 2+1 Baby proportions.
Especially since you would have to check the labels before you even enter the shower.
Those are the small things a relationship can fall upon.
Ah, good to know. I’ll be looking out for those so I can avoid them.
There’s a certain expectation when you send someone out with a shopping list that they will follow it, and that the shampoo you grab will be the one you specifically instructed them to grab….
That said, this is a little cut off your nose to spite your face (Punish him for not listening to you, don’t punish yourself for marrying him!)
That’s assuming that she wrote anything more than just the word shampoo, assuming that he’ll know which one she uses.
I always write 1% milk on the grocery list, and my wife brings back 2% milk, over half of the time.
My mom is the complete opposite of this type of character: anything she’s particular about gets written about on lists in great detail.
She didn’t really care whether you got 1 or 2% milk, but god help you if you got her the wrong tea.
I missed this one. Did she do more than put her hair up and pout?
No. She went with her hair all messed up and tied it back. She left it all messed up and didn’t fix it on purpose, for the principle of the thing. Thus the reference to her hair being principled.
It isn’t the best wordplay, but it’s there.
I have to admit, I missed the punchline here, can the person who has exposition as a super power please step forward!
She could have used her magic to fix her hair but she didn’t because of the principle of the thing. The principle being that it was her husband’s mistake and that he’ll be suffering the consequences of that mistake.
Her thought here is that he’ll be suffering from the embarrassment of having a wife with messed up hair. Women often make that sort of mistake, thinking that their husbands will be embarrassed by or even notice that their wife’s hair is messed up.
She’ll be holding this against him for the rest of their married life.
Or more likely the next minor thing that he screws up.
It looks better down, she should have left it down :p
Actually, I rather like her hair in panel 2, and the wildness matches her personality. But I admit that look doesn’t fit the tone of the party.
I just realized Lazer Pony reminds me of 2D from Gorrilaz
Noo! You think?
Is her nose getting pointier as she get’s witchier?
Her nose was always big like that. I think they’ve also changed artists since she was last present, so it looks pointier because art.
I guess her nose is a plot point.
I assure you, I’m the same artist as before.
It’s been the same two artists/writers for a while now. Sausage has just been making a major art-style shift, over the past few months. I like the style that he seems to be settling into.
Just noticed the redhead looks a lot like Dr Hannah Fry.
A real doctor of mathematics, not a character from some tv series, btw.
Except Dr. Fry is a lot hotter.
It’s the orange/pink/red/white knitted jumpers, right?
I’m not sure I’ve ever seen her in a jumper.
