Excessive amounts of maniacal laughter can lead to dehydration of lung tissue, causing suffocation. A sizable percentage of Evil Geniuses die early in their careers from Excessive Maniacal Laughter Syndrome (EMLS) without even meeting an Arch-Nemesis.
Your charitable donations can help up-and-coming Evil Geniuses become aware of EMLS and save their Evil Careers and lives. Simply send a not-tax-deductible donation to the Mysterious Dark Lord v3.2. Rest assured this donation will be used to assist Evil Geniuses in their careers (well, one anyway)
Somewhere out there an Evil Genius is laughing himself sick. Won’t you help?
Those henchmen sound like 21 and 24 in my mind, as all henchmen should.
I assume the dude in the middle is 21. Which one is 24, and who’s the third guy?
24 is on the right, the guy on the left is a rookie.
First the City? – Lord Il Palazzo approves of this plan.
But he forgot the Country between the city and the world.
If he is able to take this city and it’s superheroes (as clueless they may be), the rest of the world is just a babystep away.
They say laughter is the best medicine.
They generally neglect to mention the dangers of overdosing though.

Well, the Joker is pretty good at weaponizing this fact.
He’s crying on the inside.
When you rule the world, but you lost that one that was the whole world to you…
*Cue Dr. Horrible sing along blog last song*
Here lies everything:
The world I wanted at my feet…
What’s his name anyway? Dr. Cyclops and the Red Eyes?
Dr. Monologue.
Evil laugh? Check. It’s about standards!
I actually had to do this once for a stupid short film. Laughing maniacally for longer than a few seconds is surprisingly hard.
That’s why they call it “maniacal” laughter. It’s implied to be crazy and out-of-control.
Strange… I never had problem with that. I do wonder why though…
