Well, that makes sense; in fact, the approach of how the cult was introduced was an excellently subtle red herring, keeping us off the scent of the obvious cliche that a cult would normally be easily guesses. We all thought they were something much sillier that worshiped her when they were in fact the evil they seemed to be. Good job!
“It is prophesied that she will be present when he is released, during the great convergence!”
“Um, guys? That was last week. Good Girl was beside herself with grief, because she accidentally swatted some weird mosquito thing”
“… Living in a cave is not exactly conducive to practising Astronomy. Can we get a Do-Over?”
Interesting development. I look back a bit to see what would happen:
– one of them could be a timeshifted good girl (666). But “time dilated mirrage” was excluded by not Faust (676)
– The good girls have their touchsense linked. I think killing one will either kill or wake the other (667).
– the original cultists wanted to give Good Girl “a warning of what is to come” (670) but were blocked by the Keith
My best guess so far is that the split was done so she could not asume her angel form before. Killing on could re-fuse her power, making her instantly able to deal with this.
Either:
1. They’ll mistake Bad Girl for their lord incarnate (possession).
2. Their life forces are tied together, so that unless both are dead at the exact same moment, they’ll revive the other.
3. Something so redundant and improbable, nobody will see it coming.
Good Girl is the still-virgin mother of Hexagon, and their lord has not yet been conceived to defile her. Her death means he’ll never exist, resulting in massive temporal paradox for his followers and her resurrection 3 days later in an even purer state.

Good Girl Bonus Edition is probably a goodness nuke that will detonate when she is killed and make everyone in the vicinity see the light.
For about five minutes before the ‘temp goodness nuke halos’ expire and they all go out and get wasted after this proves to be a waste.
Plot twist: her twin IS their “evil demon lord Hexagon”.
…And that’s the one they stab first…
I’m kinda thinking this is the way its going to go too.
Who reads the fine print?
“Only she can stop the guy we worship, so we’re going to bring him to her attention.”
“It is prophesied that she will be present when he is released, during the great convergence!”

So there’s a third factor in this? Interesting.

easy if you kill her and it doesn’t work, you have a problem, but you twin her, you have a spare if you need a plain “b”

4. Hexxagon isn’t real.
5. Both change into angelic form before dagger touches skin

Either that or a bunch of naked Good Girls go all around the world hugging people and turning them into Tang.
So less talky, more stabby?
“Gone, Gone the form of Mon. Arise the Demon Hexagon”
…which brings us back to the original question….
!. Kill Good Girl. Okay.
2. Destroy the world with us on it. Wait, what?
YOU HAVE A TYPO IN THE LAST PANEL.
I’m presuming you meant ‘excuse me’, not ‘exuse me’.
:)

Exuse me!
Nah. ‘Exuse ‘ is a very rare word meaning ‘to give leave’. So rare, in fact, that it only exists in one known dialect: Shitropolitan.
I wonder if the ‘demon lord hexagon’ is some manner of Bill Cipher expy, and literally is a hexagon
