He does that pretty often. He may be blind, but he seems to have an unconscious spatial perception that gives him a vague sense of the position of the things in his general vicinity.

Nah, it has to be someone from their world, that hasn’t been seen for a while.

…but wait, the author must know about Buck’s and Alex’ relation … and portray them like that, and neither worse nor better …
* finds the list shrinking to near nothing? *
Nah, it would not surprise me if it is the most frequent author of the Buck’n’Alex strips, what’shisname …. ohyeah, Sausage.
….
Sausage is tubular … meat …

You know what? Maybe this version of Lazer Pony needs a higher background level of magic to function properly, which is why he’s becoming more and more competent in this world.
…now I want to see his muscles expanding like Buckaress’s, um, front, and having him decide that Lazer Stallion really would be a better name.
I’m thinking the witch who went to school with them might be the writer, I don’t think she’s been seen recently and it’s not impossible she might have found her way into a magical realm looking for schools for her child.
Come to think of it she might be the Evil Queen instead (or possibly in addition to) if her arrival was spectacular enough to impress the locals (like a Wizard of Oz but actually does have magical powers).
I think it’s more likely she’s the writer though, she knows these two well enough to base her parody on them and design the costumes to match. Or it’s a staggering coincidence (which lets face it isn’t that unlikely in this comic).
Okay, who IS that and what happened tot he real Laser Pony? It’s like he isn’t even blind anymore!

Yeah. When he runs into something, his special sense tells him it’s there.
He probably takes his cues from the various sounds of his teammates’ disapproval of his actions.
It’s like his common sense only triggers in absurd situations
I wonder who or what the writer is.
I’m thinking it will have the appearance of an anthropomorphic tubular meat delicacy.

He icertainly seems more confident and capable than I’ve ever seen him before!
He heard the plan and wanted to avoid the fight that may have resulted.
Calling it now, the writer is an alternate version of Lazer Pony.
