Now it makes sense why the characters in the play are slapstick versions of our heroines. Who *else* would want to see them humiliated daily, with matinees Wednesday and Sunday?

Well done for being brave enough to not rewrite the plot point just because some of your audience saw it coming. Some terrible things have happened in modern long-form story-telling due to that impulse.
Yeah, it’s nice to surprise people with something unexpected at times, but the first priority is making it good.
If I were the one to guess correctly, I wouldn’t mind if the moderator hid or partly censored my post (“The Queen is obviously ***SPOILER ALERT***”), as long as it was uncensored after the big reveal.
Censoring your audience because they guessed an upcoming twist doesn’t seem like a great idea to me. A better one would be replying to any popular theory, true or false, with ‘You’ll have to wait and see! ;-)’ or something like that.
DC’s Armageddon 2001 (published in 1991). Leak of the surprise, last-minute rewrite, the result was a mess. Enough said.
Not every answer in a story needs to be a twist just for the sake of it.
Related: See the ending of the 1960s “Prisoner” TV series. Audiences wanted #1, the mystery villain, to turn out to be the butler. They weren’t pleased that #1 turned out to be the hero himself in a gorilla mask. True, nobody was likely to guess that outcome.
A well thought-out and planned twist CAN be guessed by the perceptive members of the audience. This is fine. It means the reveal makes sense and the clues are well sprinkled in the story. The DC freakout and last minute change of the twist only proves that panicking and giving an out-of-nowhere reveal is an awful way to write.
Don’t feel bad about us guessing the path! That just means that it was properly well-thought-out!

Geez! Did anyone notice the size of Buckaress’ boobs in the last panel? I’m amazed she can stand up!

Funny, in recent strips she’s been looking slightly smaller. Still huge, but not quite as inhuman. But in that panel, she does indeed appear to be an OMG-cup.
Meh, as long as they’re still smaller than her head… good thing she’s so well-trained though. But of course she’s weight lifting all the time….
Speaking of size, is it just me or does the Desperate House Witch’s nose keep getting longer? At least she’s not growing a wart on it. Yet.
It’s an optical illusion, a function of distance. An example of this is Paris, France. The farther away you get, the fewer details you can see, until at some point you are only observing the Eiffel Tower, and not seeing the rest of the city, at all.
With Buckaress, obviously, the farther you get the less you notice anything other than her own personal wonders of the world.
That also happens the closer you get as well.
And yet I don’t have a problem with this at all.

Never do a rewrite because fans guessed a twist. That’s how you end up with an Armageddon 2001 fiasco (look it up)
YES! I thought it must be her! Though let’s face it, it really had to be someone they know who had a particular grudge against these two especially, we didn’t see any focus on the rest of the group except in passing.
Just because it was guessable doesn’t detract in the slightest, it rewards those who’ve been paying attention and read all the way through to make some of the twists guessable, especially with such a long build up. It would have been somewhat anti-climatic if it turned out to be someone random and the play pure chance.
Now the fun part is finding out HOW she ended up here as the Evil Queen! :)
Okay, I agree that being guessable isn’t necessarily bad. But putting the correct guess in the Comments spoils it for those who haven’t figured it out!
And censoring the correct guess in the comments confirms it.
I notice she’s gone a bit more elegant with her purple and green. And it looks like she’s still married. I wonder if the rest of her family is living here as well? Or maybe she travels back and forth living a double life?
She was married when we first met yet. You may recall the story arc about her and her husband looking for a school for the baby
FWIW I was sure this was going to be a fourth-wall metareference, with the author being mr. Sausage and the “previous” authors being the ones who’ve left the comic.
I was blindsided.
